Flex HD – the latest generation of our renowned lubricant inspection systems

The non-destructive, quantitative analysis of the Flex HD is used to resolve lubricant oil quantity and distribution in crosslinked and baked primary containers for parenteral applications such as syringes, cartridges, and vials.

The Flex HD system is unique to the market as the system can be used on empty or filled containers.  Additionally, the solution can determine the lubricant distribution on the interior and exterior of primary containers.

Compared to competing products that take hours to resolve lubricant distribution and only provide partial data, our typical analysis time is less than 30 seconds per sample (3ml cartridge) and offers a 100% lubricant map of the container.

The proprietary mapping technology allows you to easily observe lubricant mobility over time (stability) or post stressing such as altitude simulations (ASTM D6653) or simulated distribution | handling (ASTM D4169, ISTA Series & ISO 11608).
