Prior to founding ZebraSci, Rob held engineering roles with Amgen and Merck. As Senior Process Engineer at Amgen, Rob worked in Amgen’s Device Development group supporting pre-commercial /commercial device support and characterization. Prior to joining Amgen, Rob was a Process Engineer at Merck, where he led many automation programs to increase drug potency and process robustness in vaccine operations. He has published on the topic of syringe silicone distribution and its effect on device performance and is a regular speaker on these and other device issues for the PDA and other industry groups. Rob holds a MS degree in Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics from the Drexel University.

Eric serves as General Manager of ZebraSci. Eric oversees all aspects of Medical Device and Combination Product Testing and is responsible for all technical and commercial aspects of the lab testing business – including developing long-range goals and meeting business growth objectives. Prior to joining ZebraSci, Eric served as Packaging/Device Director at Whitehouse Laboratories, overseeing their pharmaceutical packaging, medical device and combination products contract services business units. In that role, he was responsible for all aspects of business operations, sales, marketing, procurement, and laboratory management. Eric’s team consistently posted 30%+ year over year sales growth.
Eric brings over 12 years’ medical device packaging and combination product development experience to the team. With expert knowledge of test standards and testing methodologies including – distribution testing (ASTM D4169 & ISTA), physical/mechanical testing for devices and packaging and Container Closure Integrity (CCI) testing – Eric shares a wealth of knowledge with the ZebraSci staff and clients alike.

As Associate Director of Lab Operations, Justine manages the daily operations of the facility and the implementation of quality and process improvements within the laboratory. Justine brings extensive pharmaceutical primary packaging experience, an emphasis on quality and cGMPs, and expert level knowledge of Container Closure Integrity (CCI) strategy and test method development.
Prior to joining ZebraSci, Justine served as the head of the Container Closure Integrity group at Whitehouse Laboratories where she was responsible for the management of all test programs and department sales. Her focus on customer service and technical consultation led to the achievement of consistent 30% year over year revenue growth.

An accomplished professional in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Biotec industries. Nina has over 25 years of industry experience; prior to joining ZebraSci, Nina led the Complaint, CAPA and NC team at Illumina Inc. and previously held positions at Astra Zeneca, Bristol-Meyers Squibb, Amylin Pharmaceuticals and Alaris Medical (now BD/CareFusion).
She has extensive customer facing experience and a passion for exceptional customer results. Nina has demonstrated successes of delivering projects on time and on budget through her collaborative and cross functional approach in understanding customer requirements.

Michael’s prime responsibilities include management of the entire testing laboratory team. Prior to joining the ZebraSci team, Michael worked for Abbot Vascular as an R&D engineer as well as a Manufacturing Engineer. With over 10 years of medical device and combination product experience – from research and development, product transfer, clinical trials, and full on commercialization – Michael has a wealth of experience from the engineer’s perspective at various stages of a product’s life cycle. His hands-on laboratory experience is coupled with an extensive cGMP and quality system background. With a BS in Manufacturing Design Engineering, Michael is well positioned to work intimately with clients to insure their device design and testing needs are always met.
